Paddle and disc dryer series project shipment

In August 2026, we completed the primary and secondary sulfur foam drying systems for Zhongyang Steel Plant in Shanxi and have already shipped them. The equipment is now entering the on-site installation and commissioning phase. We first won the bid for Zhongyang Steel's desulfurization project back in 2020, and the equipment has been operating stably for over six years. Now, as the original manufacturer, we have successfully secured another contract for major equipment overhaul. Sulfur foam is a viscous solid-liquid mixture composed of sulfurous paste (sulfur, salts, and organic matter) and desulfurization liquid, characterized by high water retention and thermal sensitivity. It requires a two-stage drying process using a primary disc dryer followed by a secondary paddle dryer. The main challenges in drying include the sticky nature of wet material, which tends to adhere to equipment surfaces; sulfur melting at high temperatures (melting point around 115°C), leading to clumping; and the sublimation of sulfur along with volatile organic compounds, generating unpleasant odors and safety risks. Precise temperature control and an integrated exhaust gas treatment system are essential to ensure uniform drying and stable operation. With over ten years of experience in this industry, we have filed multiple patents and participated in more than 20 projects.
