Following the successful operation of the first unit—whose performance significantly exceeded expectations—a key enterprise in Beijing has once again placed an order with our company for a second KJG-360 hollow paddle dryer. The equipment recently passed factory acceptance and has officially been shipped. This collaboration underscores the customer’s high recognition of our technical expertise and equipment quality in sludge and material drying applications.

The newly delivered unit features targeted optimizations in processing capacity and heat exchange efficiency. It adopts a dual-shaft wedge-shaped paddle design, with heat transfer media circulated simultaneously through both the jacket and hollow shaft, greatly increasing the effective heat transfer area per unit volume. To address the challenges posed by highly humid and viscous materials, our engineering team fine-tuned the paddle arrangement and discharge mechanism to ensure controllable residence time and eliminate dead zones for material retention. Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent continuous load simulation testing, with all operational parameters meeting required specifications.
