The hot air circulation oven features an air circulation system that uses a fan to circulate air evenly. The airflow is generated by a circulation blower motor (equipped with a contactless switch) driving the impeller through the heater, which then delivers heated air into the oven chamber via ducts. Used air is drawn back into the ducts and recirculated as fresh air source for reheating, ensuring uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. When temperature fluctuations occur due to door opening or closing, the air circulation system quickly restores normal operation until the preset temperature is reached.
