The paddle dryer offers advantages in energy efficiency, uniform drying, environmental protection, and continuous production for fishmeal drying. The wedge-shaped paddles repeatedly stir, compress, relax, and advance the material during low-speed rotation, effectively addressing issues such as material clumping, wall adhesion, and uneven heating, resulting in more stable final moisture control. The equipment features a large heat transfer area per unit volume and a compact structure, making it ideal for continuous fishmeal production. Its sealed operation and low exhaust air volume minimize dust and fishy odor carryover, facilitating condensation, dust collection, and deodorization processes. Additionally, contact parts can be made of stainless steel, reducing corrosion and metal contamination risks, thus helping ensure fishmeal protein quality and feed safety.
