Project Description: Solid waste refers to solid or semi-solid discarded materials generated by human activities in production, consumption, daily life, and other areas—commonly known as "garbage." It mainly includes solid particles, municipal waste, furnace slag, sludge, discarded products, broken containers, defective goods, animal carcasses, spoiled food, and human and animal excrement. In some countries, high-concentration liquid wastes such as waste acids, waste alkalis, waste oils, and waste organic solvents are also classified as solid waste.

The disc continuous dryer developed by Yixin Drying is a conductive-type continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle ensure high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, compact footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and an excellent working environment. In this project, solid waste with an initial moisture content of 25% was dried to a final moisture level of 3%, fully meeting the customer's requirements.

The disc continuous dryer is also suitable for applications in pharmaceuticals, food processing, feed, fertilizers, and organic chemical products.
