I, Basic structure
The vacuum equipment uses a dust collector, condenser, buffer tank, vacuum pump, solvent and 100% water vapor recovery. The micro-negative pressure structure uses dust collectors and induced draft fans for dehumidification.
II, Working Principle
The vacuum spiral dryer, through the internal hollow blade structure, enables the material to circulate fully within the box, fully increasing the contact heat energy of the material, the dried material is more uniform and has no dead corner residue. The heat energy is transferred by the hollow blades and the heat energy on the box wall. The material is wrapped and flows with almost no heat energy loss. The entire equipment operates in a sealed manner to prevent dust, odor, There is no leakage. The later condensation recovery device is used to recover reusable resources and pollutants, thus achieving no pollution discharge. Different heating media can be used according to the temperature requirements of the material: steam, hot water, heat transfer oil. Depending on the material, the feeding method can be one-time or multiple times. After the drying is completed, the vacuum is discharged and the discharge is opened through the discharge valve.
