Its working principle is based on fluidization technology: heated and filtered air is blown uniformly through a distribution plate at the bottom of the bed, lifting and suspending wet granular materials placed on the bed surface into a vigorous "boiling" state. At this stage, the hot air comes into full contact with the material particles, enabling intense heat transfer and mass transfer. Moisture in the material rapidly evaporates and is carried away with the exhaust air, achieving fast and uniform drying.
