1. Equipment Overview 

The hot air circulation oven (Model CT-C) is an intermittent, hot-air convection drying equipment and a highly versatile atmospheric pressure chamber-type dryer.  
With a simple structure and wide application, it is commonly integrated with upstream filtration and downstream grinding and mixing processes. It also serves as fundamental drying equipment in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. 

II. Main Structure 

1. Chamber: Insulated and sealed enclosure made of carbon steel or 304 stainless steel; divided into a drying main chamber and air ducts;  
2. Heating unit: Steam radiator or electric heater;  
3. Circulation fan: Axial fan for forced hot air circulation inside the chamber;  
4. Air duct guide plates: Evenly distribute airflow and reduce dead zones;  
5. Material cart + trays: Materials are spread on trays, then the cart is pushed into the chamber;  
6. Moisture exhaust damper: Adjustable damper to expel moist air and introduce a small amount of fresh air;  
7. Control system: Temperature control, timer, over-temperature protection; optional explosion-proof, PLC, and data recorder. 

III. Working Principle 

The heater warms the air, and the fan drives the hot air to continuously circulate within the chamber. The heated air flows horizontally or vertically across the surface of the material on the trays, removing moisture through convective heat transfer. Moist, warm air is intermittently or continuously discharged through the top exhaust port, ensuring continuous drying.
