I. Working Principle  
The equipment consists of a bed body, vibrating motor, hot air system, dust collection unit, and frame. The material is conveyed forward at a uniform speed by the vibration generated from the vibrating motor, while heated air is evenly supplied from the bottom. The material becomes suspended and fluidized, enabling efficient heat exchange with the hot air to complete drying. Vibration conveying and hot air drying occur simultaneously, ensuring smooth material movement, minimizing breakage, and achieving uniform moisture content in the final product. The entire machine features a sealed negative-pressure design, equipped with multi-stage air filtration. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, allowing easy disassembly and cleaning, fully compliant with GMP standards. Temperature control can be segmented—drying in the front section and cooling in the rear section integrated into one process—simplifying production line layout.

Compared to conventional fluidized bed dryers, this equipment gently conveys materials via vibration, reducing clogging and wall adhesion, making it ideal for granules, herbal slices, plastic pellets, and other materials that are difficult to suspend. Airflow, vibration frequency, and temperature are all adjustable, enabling continuous automated operation with high processing capacity, moderate energy consumption, low dust generation, and minimal material loss. Its simple structure ensures easy maintenance and is commonly paired with granulation equipment for large-scale continuous drying and cooling of granular materials.
