Lithium-ion batteries are a new generation of high-performance, environmentally friendly, high-energy batteries and have become one of the key drivers in advanced technology development. They feature high voltage, high capacity, low energy consumption, no memory effect, environmental safety, compact size, low internal resistance, minimal self-discharge, and long cycle life. Due to these advantages, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in numerous civilian and military applications, including mobile phones, laptops, camcorders, and digital cameras.

Technical Specifications:

(I) Drying Discs  
1. Design pressure: Typically 0.4 MPa, maximum up to 1.6 MPa.  
2. Maximum operating pressure: Generally ≤ 0.4 MPa, maximum up to 1.6 MPa.  
3. Heating medium: Steam, hot water, thermal oil. Hot water is used for heating when drying disc temperature is below 100°C; saturated steam or superheated steam at ≤ 0.4 MPa is used for temperatures between 100°C and 150°C; thermal oil is used for temperatures from 150°C to 320°C.

(II) Material Conveying System  
1. Main shaft speed: 1–10 rpm, adjustable via electromagnetic or frequency conversion drive.  
2. Rake arms: 2–8 rake arms per drying disc layer, fixed on the main shaft.  
3. Rake blades: Hinged onto the rake arms, capable of floating vertically with the disc surface to maintain contact; available in various configurations.  
4. Rollers: For materials prone to clumping or requiring grinding, rollers can be installed at appropriate positions to enhance heat transfer and drying efficiency.

(III) Housing  
Available in three types: atmospheric, sealed, and vacuum.  
1. Atmospheric type: Cylindrical or octagonal prism shape, with either monolithic or split structure. The main inlet and outlet pipes for heating medium may be located inside or outside the housing.  
2. Sealed type: Cylindrical housing capable of withstanding an internal pressure of 5 kPa. The main inlet and outlet pipes for heating medium may be located inside or outside the housing.  
3. Vacuum type: Cylindrical housing with a design pressure of -0.096 MPa; the main inlet and outlet pipes for heating medium are located inside the housing.

(IV) Air Heater  
Typically used when an induced draft fan is installed, to prevent moist ambient air from entering the main unit and affecting drying performance.
