The VHJ series mixer is a container rotary V-type mixing equipment. The core basic structure is divided into the main cylinder, the drive system, and the auxiliary functional unit.

II,Working principle

The V-type mixer is a commonly used, dead-angle-free blending equipment in the powder industry, widely applied in food, chemicals, feed, and other fields, meeting GMP clean production standards. The main unit consists of two symmetrical cylinders welded into a V-shaped chamber, combined with a frame, drive motor, reducer, and sealed feeding and discharging ports, offering a simple structure and easy operation.

During operation, the motor drives the cylinder to perform three-dimensional rotational motion, causing the material inside to continuously overturn, spread, and circulate through convection, thoroughly mixing under gravity. This ensures high uniformity and eliminates material accumulation dead zones. The inner surface of the cylinder is mirror-polished, smooth, and non-stick, enabling convenient cleaning and disinfection, suitable for multi-product alternating production. The entire machine operates in a closed system, preventing dust leakage and minimizing material stratification. It is ideal for mixing dry powders, fine granules, and crystalline materials but is not suitable for highly viscous or moist paste-like materials.
