I. Basic Structure  
The spray drying granulator is an integrated dry granulation system widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries, capable of directly converting liquid feed into dried granules in a single step. The equipment consists of a hot air system, atomizer, drying tower, dust collection and recovery unit, and control system. The liquid feed is atomized into fine droplets via high-pressure or centrifugal force, which then come into full contact with clean, high-temperature hot air, enabling instant evaporation of moisture and producing either dry powder or hollow granules directly.

II. Working Principle  
The exhaust fan creates negative pressure throughout the system, allowing clean hot air to fluidize the dry powder seeds in the fluidized bed. The liquid feeding cart delivers the liquid feed, which is atomized and sprayed into the chamber. Droplets adhere to the powder particles, forming agglomerates. Continuous hot air evaporates moisture, solidifying the mixture into uniform granules. Exhaust gas is filtered before being discharged. The entire process is automatically controlled by the control cabinet.
