I, Basic structure

The equipment consists of a chamber, heater (electric heating tubes or steam radiator), high-flow circulation fan, and moisture exhaust system. During operation, the fan delivers clean, heated air from the heater into the chamber interior. The hot air flows uniformly through the material layer placed on trays via air ducts, making full contact with the material to remove moisture. A portion of the moist exhaust gas is discharged, while another portion is mixed with fresh air and reheated for recirculation, creating a forced hot air circulation that ensures uniform temperature throughout the chamber (typically with a temperature variation of ≤±2℃). Currently, the mainstream model is the CT-C type, which uses louvered dampers to adjust airflow direction, further enhancing temperature uniformity.
