I. How it works

The working principle of this machine is that the material enters the crushing chamber and is crushed under the impact, shearing, friction of the teeth and the mutual impact of the material between the high-speed rotating movable and fixed toothed discs. After screening through the screen, it becomes the required powder.

IV.Typical Process Flow  

Loading material onto trays → Pushing the cart into the oven → Closing the door and heating up → Hot air circulation drying (with periodic moisture removal) → Cooling down after drying is complete → Pulling out the cart and unloading the material.
