I. Basic Structure  

The XSG rapid rotating flash dryer consists of a hot air furnace, feeding conveyor system, flash drying unit, bag filter, and multi-stage exhaust fan, forming a complete drying and dust collection system.

II. Working Principle  

The drying process takes only a few seconds, with minimal heat exposure time, making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials that are prone to degradation. The entire system operates under closed negative pressure and is equipped with a dust collection unit, achieving high powder recovery rates. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, ensuring easy disassembly and cleaning while meeting cleanroom production standards. By adjusting parameters such as hot air temperature, main machine speed, and classifier ring size, the final product's particle size and moisture content can be precisely controlled.

Unlike conventional ovens or tray dryers, this equipment requires no pre-treatment or extrusion; filter cakes can be fed directly into the system, enabling continuous automated operation with high throughput and compact footprint. Sticky materials do not easily adhere to the walls, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. With lower energy consumption than traditional hot-air drying systems, it is a highly efficient, specialized dryer designed for difficult-to-dry materials such as dyes, Chinese herbal extracts, and inorganic salt filter cakes.

III. Features  

1. Multiple feeding devices are available for selection, ensuring continuous and stable feeding without bridging during operation.  
2. A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to prevent material degradation caused by high temperatures in the lower zone.  
3. The drying chamber is equipped with classification rings and cyclone vanes, allowing adjustable product fineness and final moisture content (e.g., calcium carbonate can be dried to ≤0.1% moisture).
