The rapid-rotating flash dryer is suitable for drying pasty, filter cake, and highly viscous wet materials, and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, pigment, and mineral processing industries. The equipment consists of a hot air furnace, drying chamber, stirring and dispersing device, classification ring, and dust collection and recovery system. High-temperature hot air enters the drying cylinder tangentially, creating a swirling flow. A high-speed rotating impeller at the bottom breaks up and disintegrates clumped wet material. Fine particles rise with the hot air and rapidly dehydrate, while larger particles repeatedly collide and break down until fully dried.

The drying process takes only seconds, minimizing heat exposure time and making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials that are prone to degradation or decomposition. The entire system operates under closed negative pressure, equipped with dust collection units that achieve high powder recovery rates. All material-contact surfaces are made of stainless steel, enabling easy disassembly and cleaning to meet cleanroom production standards. By adjusting parameters such as hot air temperature, main unit speed, and classification ring size, product particle size and moisture content can be precisely controlled.
