The main body of the equipment is a conical drying chamber with a high-speed rotating impeller at the bottom. Its specially designed blades not only vigorously disperse the material but also generate an upward swirling flow, causing intense turbulence between the material and the hot air introduced tangentially from the bottom. A classifier installed at the top can adjust its rotational speed according to particle size requirements, returning oversized particles back to the bottom for further grinding, ensuring uniform final product particle size. Unlike conventional equipment, this model can handle filter cakes with initial moisture content as high as 60%. By adjusting the hot air temperature (80–400°C) and impeller speed, it reduces the final moisture content to below 1% within seconds, achieving "instant flash drying."
In terms of performance optimization, the equipment features an intelligent control system that continuously monitors outlet temperature and system pressure differential, automatically adjusting feed rate and hot air valve settings to ensure stable operating conditions. Its unique air-cooled bearing design effectively extends the service life of rotating components, while removable wear-resistant liners facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. In practical applications, special attention should be paid to material viscosity and sugar content, as excessive levels may lead to wall adhesion; auxiliary scraper devices or adjustments to the feed screw pitch are typically required to address this issue. The equipment performs exceptionally well in processing titanium dioxide, dye intermediates, silica, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, and fine chemical products, making it an upgraded alternative to conventional box drying methods with significantly reduced energy consumption.
