PLC Control ISO9001 Spin Flash Dryer for Heat Sensitive Materials
The main body of the equipment is a conical drying chamber with a high-speed rotating impeller at the bottom. Its specially designed blades not only vigorously disperse the material but also generate an upward swirling flow, causing intense turbulence between the material and hot air introduced tangentially from the bottom. A classifier installed at the top can adjust its rotational speed according to particle size requirements, returning oversized particles back to the bottom for further grinding, ensuring uniform final particle size. Unlike conventional equipment, this model can process filter cakes with initial moisture content as high as 60%. By adjusting the hot air temperature (80–400°C) and impeller speed, it reduces the final moisture content to below 1% within seconds, achieving "instant flash drying."

Flexible operation: Final moisture content and product particle size can be controlled by adjusting the inlet air temperature, feed rate, and classifier speed.
However, it should be noted that the equipment has certain limitations regarding feed moisture content and viscosity, and due to high system resistance, an efficient dust collection device is required. This equipment is widely used for the refined drying of materials such as dyes, pesticides, silica gel, food additives, and traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
