Temperature controlled Spin Flash Drying Machine For Feed ISO9001

The rotary flash dryer is a continuous drying equipment that integrates drying, grinding, and screening into one unit. It is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, food,  pesticides, and animal feed, particularly suitable for handling paste-like, filter-cake-like, and highly viscous materials.

Its working principle is as follows: wet material is fed into the bottom of the drying tower via a screw feeder and meets with a high-speed rotating hot air stream. Under the combined action of stirring paddles and hot air, the material is rapidly dispersed, suspended, and intensely rotated, forming a fluidized state. Meanwhile, intense heat and mass transfer occur between the hot air and the material, causing moisture to evaporate quickly. The dried fine powder rises with the airflow, is separated by a classifier, and then collected by a cyclone separator and dust collector. Coarse particles that do not meet the desired particle size are returned to the bottom for further drying.

This equipment combines drying and grinding functions, offering high thermal efficiency and strong drying capacity, capable of processing materials with high moisture content. Product fineness can be controlled by adjusting the classifier's rotational speed. With its compact structure and small footprint, it enables continuous production. However, it requires high wear resistance and sealing performance, and is not suitable for materials prone to wall adhesion or extremely heat-sensitive substances. Overall, the rotary flash dryer is an efficient drying solution for handling high-moisture, viscous materials.
